the prices were really good value for money, especially considering the quality of the meals. Speaking of which, the meals were excellent - not only did they taste amazing, but they were also very filling. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to the township and the city centre, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were also very friendly and provided good service. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated having a fridge in the room to store drinks and snacks. I had a pleasant experience.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with electric blankets to keep us warm in winter. The restaurant served amazing food, especially the steak and prawns, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all famous Grampians attractions and in a quiet spot, yet still walking distance to the town center and a couple of pubs.

    Nothing.

We had a delightful stay at Diamond House Motor Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The off-street parking was convenient, and the short stroll to the main shopping area was a pleasant bonus. The meals at the heritage restaurant were tasty and satisfying. Despite some minor over-description on the menu and slightly higher prices, the overall experience was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, catering to our different preferences with attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable with a historic touch. The bed was comfortable and appropriate lighting. The proximity to the town was also an advantage. The restaurant was outstanding, far beyond expectations, highly recommended to go with the chef's recommendations.

Some aspects need improvement, for example, a lack of heating in the restaurant, and the pillows were either somewhat hard or thin and soft, resulting in some discomfort. The outside stairs to the room were old and tired, and the presentation of the property was scruffy.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The room was clean and spacious, providing enough space for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. We especially appreciated the basic amenities in the room, including a fridge, which allowed us to store our snacks and drinks. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the town centre of Stawell and all the famous attractions of the Grampians. We also loved being away from the Highway, as it provided a peaceful and serene environment for our stay. The in-ground level room with a view was a bonus, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

There were no significant issues during our stay.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to the main shopping area and all Grampians famous attractions, but away from the highway noise. The rooms are clean and tidy, with an old-world vintage charm. The bathroom fittings have been modernized, and there is good lighting and a great hot water system.

Some staff members could use some improvement when it comes to their manners and customer service skills.
